Bonnie Easterly-Spencer is the founding principal of The Spencer Law Firm and one of Houston's most accomplished business, securities, and litigation attorneys, with 45 years of active practice dating to her admission to the Texas State Bar in November 1980.

A triple-degree graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans,earning her J.D., M.B.A., and B.B.A. (Magna Cum Laude, Class Rank 6th) simultaneously in 1980  Bonnie brings an exceptionally rare combination of legal acumen and financial expertise to every matter she handles.
