Ashley Spencer has an extensive skill set that encompasses securities transactions, securities regulations, compliance and litigation, both state and federal securities laws, oil and gas law, corporate formation, capitalization and development, mergers and acquisitions, private securities, FINRA compliance, regulations and disciplinary proceedings, pharmaceutical product liability, real estate transactions, corporate litigation, contract disputes, corporate fraud, white collar crime, debt collections and probate.
Mrs. Spencer tends to focus on securities regulatory matters involving the Texas Securities Board, FINRA, the Certified Financial Planner's Board, the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, white collar crime and general business litigation, and contractual and corporate disputes. She also focuses on corporate formation, capital development, private placement issuance, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and stock purchase agreements, real estate transactions, corporate financing, company structuring and general business transactions.
