SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Greg is an associate practicing commercial, business, securities, personal injury and related litigation in state and federal courts on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. Greg has considerable experience in litigation including trial and court appearances in state and federal court along with extensive arbitration experience. Greg also has a developing appellate practice, with Oral arguments before the Eleventh Court of Appeals; briefing before the First Court of Appeals, Third Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court. Case work has included experience in breach of contract, fraud on contract, Securities Fraud, Sarbanes Oxley, RICO, FLSA, ERISA, Section 1983 claims, MDL litigation, mold remediation, commercial trucking, commercial insurance contracts and various forms of personal injury. Greg has extensive experience representing medical professionals in billing disputes with insurance companies involving Texas’ prompt payment statutes.
