Mr. Augustus experience includes the resolution of commercial collection disputes, construction disputes, transportation disputes, disputes arising from alleged interference with business relationship, disputes arising from deceptive trade practices, disputes concerning the sale of securities, and more. Mr. Augustus also has experience with various transactional matters, including asset purchase agreements, organizational documents, shareholder agreements, employment-related agreements, and intellectual property license agreements.
