SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Sesha Kalapatapu is a senior litigator practicing complex commercial, business and tort litigation in the state and federal courts of Texas. Upon his graduation for the University of Texas School of Law, Mr. Kalapatapu served as a law clerk to the Hon. W. Royal Furgeson, United States District Judge for the Western District of Texas.

Mr. Kalapatapu has experience as lead counsel in a variety of litigation matters. He has successfully negotiated numerous settlement terms on behalf of his clients. Mr. Kalapatapu has extensive experience in contract and other commercial disputes, theft by trade secrets, shareholder disputes, and personal injury. He has argued briefs before the Fifth Court of Appeals and is a member of the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court. The primary focus of Mr. Kalapatapu’s practice is complex commercial litigation, toxic torts, intellectual property defense/prosecution, transportation law, securities law and general civil.
